I just wonder why no one – no media at all, no lawyers, no authorities – except me – know about the decision made by UNITED STATES JUDICIAL PANEL on MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION, IN RE: DARVOCET, DARVON AND PROPOXYPHENE PRODUCTS LIABILITY LITIGATION.

You probably know that they had a meeting in March 30^th in San Diego, weather there would be one federal trial against Xanodyne and Eli Lilly – and maybe some others dealers with Darvon, Darvocet – or many trial all over the country - as all the lawyers and the plaintiffs want.

The decision was:

“ IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Panel’s decision on this Section 1407 motion is deferred pending rehearing at the Panel’s July 2011 hearing session”
